In this report, the electronic commerce consultant is hired to identify the present business structure and developed it into an electronic commerce (E-Commerce) (Greyteak.com.au, 2016). This report includes the aim and object of this paper, the overview of Grey Take website, features of the Grey Take website, positive and negative aspect of the Grey Take site. The first stage is to find the present business environment to apply the e-commerce for the present business; the first thing needs to consider that is the environment of the present business and the current business strategy.
